ABOUT USBryan LucasBryan Lucas is a percussionist of multiple talents. Having a natural talent for music and beats, Bryan plays the Darbuka(Egyptian Tabla), Djembe(African drum), Conga, Dun-dun(African Bass drum), Duff(Middle Eastern Frame drum), Riq(Middle Eastern Tambourine) and Zills(Middle Eastern finger cymbals). Specializing mainly in Middle Eastern Music he’s had private tuition under Grandmaster Percussionist Hossam Ramzy and course under Arthur Hull as a drum facilitator, Bryan Lucas is a percussionist that accompanies the belly dancers to keep their groove as well as corporate drum team-building for Human Rhythms. Some of the clients that Bryan Lucas has been involved with recently includes clients like, Cadbury(Thailand), Pfizer(Penang), Pfizer(KL), Pfizer(Malaka), Pfizer(JB), NOL, Bayer(Seoul), BMR, Architects 61, Prudential (KL), AXA University, Group ACL, Price Waterhouse Coopers, Make a Wish Foundation(Singapore), SHELL Upstream(KL), and many more. Bryan Lucas is also a drum maker and does repairs and tunings of exotic drums and in some rare cases, restoration works. Bryan Lucas mainly concentrates on team-building events including shows and performances in Middle Eastern Music. Formerly a comic book artist, Bryan has incorporated his artworks in several art pieces one of which was wood-burning piece for the Minister during his visit to Montfort School in 1995. KetaEnergetic and vibrant belly dancer, Kéta has been in this line as a performer and instructor since the age of 16. What started out as hobby soon grew to a passion and belly dancing for leisure subsequently turned into stage performances. Being exposed to the various forms of belly dance thought by international belly dance professional performers, Kéta has developed her own unique, energetic, yet soft and gentle style of dancing. Her sweet and unique dance intrigues almost every audience. Keta has attended workshops conducted by artiste such as Katty- from France, Laziza Layal- from Australia, Abdulah- from France, Jenna- From USA, Nancy- From Iran, Nuria- From Belgium and recently she participated in the certified American Tribal Belly Dance (ATS) conducted by Nigma. Keta has become a popular professional performer over the past few years. She often performs at private functions, restaurants, hotels, and at events such as corporate Dinner and Dance, Family Days’ and other festivals. She also performs regularly at the restaurant “The Song of India”. Keta truly enjoys the art of belly dancing and performances. Her aim is to spread the knowledge that belly dancing is an oriental dance, has its own beauty, elegance and is a part of the Middle-Eastern Culture that is mainly used for social family gatherings and for friends. | |||
